Try 14 days freeIn this meditation, we'll be exploring your inner landscape in order to discern between what is yours, what is not, and what must be released in order for you to thrive. So, with that, I'll ask you to bring your attention to an emotion that you are present with, an emotion that may make you feel uncomfortable, be rage, anger, shame, sadness. I'll ask you to name this emotion. How does it sit in your body? Where does it sit in your body? Taking the time to be present and feel. Now I'll ask you to explore whether or not this emotion is yours or not. And if it's not, can you release it? So, simply ask, "Is this emotion mine? Is this emotion mine?" If this does not belong to you, I'll then have you ask, "Can I release it with ease? Can I release it with ease?" Taking a deep breath in and on your exhales releasing and letting go of that emotion. Breathing in, breathing out, release. Breathing in, breathing out, letting it all go. Giving yourself permission to make space for the things that fill you up. Breathing in, breathing out, releasing. Finishing up your last couple of rounds. Slowly letting go of the releasing. Coming back to a regular breath. Coming back into your body, into your space. When you're ready, you can open your eyes. Thank you for sharing this practice with me....
