Try 14 days freeHi, my name's Andy. So we're going to do this exercise lying down. Once you've got your favorite toy, preferably a soft toy, you can just place it on your tummy. and your toy is going to help you count the breaths as your tummy rises up and down. You're just watching as your toy moves with the tummy. If it balances there, you can let go of it or you can just gently hold it with your hand. Try closing your eyes just for a few seconds and just feeling that movement, the toy balancing on your tummy, gently moving up and down, and then opening the eyes again, taking hold of your toy and just giving it a gentle hug as you finish....
