Hi, my name's Andy. So lying down flat on the floor, just take a nice, big, deep breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Just do that one more time, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, and then you can just breathe normally. I just want you to imagine that your lying somewhere comfortable outside, the sun just beginning to appear in the sky. Everything's waking up around you. All the animals are waking up. You can hear the birds, and the flowers are opening, and the day is beginning. As you lie there, just starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes, feeling the body starting to wake up, moving the hands and the feet just very slowly to begin with, moving the legs from side to side, backwards and forwards, moving the arms from side to side, perhaps beginning to stretch the arms in front of you above the head. So the whole body just starting to wake up, to feel more alive. Remember that idea of sunshine, the world around you waking up. You just move their head very gently from one side to the other, opening the eyes, wiggling the nose, opening the mouth making sure that everything is wide awake as you sit up ready to begin your day....
