Try 14 days freeHi, and welcome to Headspace. So before you begin your meal today it's always worth remembering sort of the principles of mindful eating. The idea of just checking in with the different senses, being more present in the body, and less caught up in the thoughts, in the mind. So of course, you're still gonna be engaged with the people around you. You're still gonna be eating sort of normally at a natural speed. But as you do it, perhaps seeing the food more clearly, really noticing the food, what it looks like. I might be sounds, it might be crackling a food, it could be anything. Maybe it's a smell that grabs your attention, noticing the smell of the different food. And then as you taste the food not rushing to the next mouthful, but actually being present with each mouthful. And the more we do this, the more grateful we feel for the food, but also the more we enjoy our meal, as well....
