Hi, and welcome to Headspace. So as you sit down for your meal today with family, friends, whoever it might be, it's worth perhaps for this one occasion, just putting the phone away, at least putting it on silent. And enjoying the time together with the people that you're with. And even having done that, perhaps taking one step further. Very often when we're chatting with our friends, with our family, we're still caught up with our own thoughts, with thoughts of the past, the future. Perhaps we're listening to them but we're not really taking in the information.
