Try 14 days freeHi, my name's Andy. So no matter what it is you feel worried or anxious about at the moment, I'd just like you to take a moment. You can do this sitting down or you can lie down wherever you're comfortable. And we're just gonna begin with one big deep breath, breathing in through the nose, and out through the mouth. And then just gently place your hand on your stomach. Just so you can feel the movement of the breath in the body. And then you can just lay your hands, your arms down by your side. The arms outstretched, the legs outstretched. So I'd just like you to begin by scrunching up your toes and letting them go. Again, just scrunch up the toes and let them go. Now do the same with the fingers, scrunching them up, letting them go, scrunching them up, letting them go. Next, I'd like you to pull your toes back towards you. Then point your toes away from you. Now pull your toes back towards you. And then point them away again. So we do the same thing with the hands now, pointing the fingers up into the air as you lift the hands. And then pushing the fingers down into the floor as you lower them back down again. Then fingers up into the air again. And then back into the floor. Now I'd like you to circle your feet in one direction. Just feeling the feet on the floor. Then pausing. Now in the other direction, feeling the feet on the floor. Now we do the same with the hands. Just moving them round in a circle in one direction. And then pausing and round in the other direction. And then just lay your hands, your feet by your side. Come back to that feeling. Put your hand on your belly. Just feeling that movement of the breath in the body, feeling supported by the floor beneath you. And finding comfort in being more present in the body....
