As always, I'd like you to take a moment to just set the intention of being present for the entire workout. You've made the decision to be here and move your body, so let's make the most of it. (light music) Of course the mind will wander, but when it does, just gently bring it back to the movement that we're doing. And it's important to remember that everybody is different. If I ever suggest something that doesn't feel good to you, feel free to modify it, or just skip it. Okay. Let's move. We're gonna start with some quick mobility exercises....
