Try 14 days freeYes, you're doing it. Maybe it's a presentation, a job interview, a big speech, a performance on stage, or maybe you're doing something equally nerve-wracking like asking someone out or starting a tough conversation. Whatever it is, don't worry, because you got this. Every moment like this one is a chance for you to grow and move forward. So first of all, congrats on stretching yourself. It's totally human to feel nervous, and actually, your nerves are there to show you that you care about what's happening. As much as you fee like nervousness is coming from outside of yourself, it's actually something you can also turn down from within. So let's turn it down right now. Take a few deep breaths with me. In and out. One more in and out. Think of something that you know you love about yourself. Now think about how you'll use that quality in this exact situation. If you're funny, you'll bring in your sense of humor. If you're thorough, you'll be able to answer every question that comes your way. Try and visualize the way you'd like to feel in that big moment. Maybe it's confident, calm, experienced. Those are all feelings you have inside of you right now. Let your body language match those feelings inside. Push your shoulders back, spread your chest, tilt your chin up. In and out. Now say the following with me, either out loud or in your head. I am awesome. I've prepared for this moment, and I know exactly what I need to do. I'm nervous because I care about the way this goes. I take pride in the fact that I challenge myself every day. No matter what happens, I'm going to learn and grow from this experience. Nobody can bring what I bring to the table. I'm facing this situation with complete confidence and control. Now get out there. You got this. Go get your shine on....
