Try 14 days freeHey, it's Aisha. Let's take a moment to get grounded. Take a deep breath in and out. And again, in and out. One more time, in and out. Get comfortable wherever you are. Relax your shoulders and allow your hands to rest in your lap or down by your sides. Slowly close your eyes and settle into the awareness of your body. Take a deep breath in and out. Again, in and out. Keep going. Connect with your breathing. Notice how your mind and body feel right now. (no audio) Today, I'm gonna guide you through a meditation to help you tap into your truest self, your authenticity. It's one thing to know who your most authentic self is but choosing to live that way every day is most important. When we embrace who we are, we feel more empowered. It leads to more positive feelings in your life and less depression or stress. So let's get started. Begin to create a picture in your mind. Imagine a place where you feel completely at ease. Maybe you've been there before or it's a place you've always daydreamed about. Visualize the details of this place. What are the sounds around you? What are the smells? Enjoy the way you feel here. Enjoy the peace it brings. (no audio) (no audio) This safe place is the home of your authentic self. While here, let's recite some affirmations that'll help you really own it. Repeat after me out loud or in your head, "I appreciate who I am. Only I can design my life. I am a unique masterpiece. I am enough." (no audio) (no audio) When you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Embracing your authenticity begins with tapping into that safe space inside of you. And before you go, repeat this after me out loud or in your head, "I know who I am and I like who I am." One more time. "I know who I am and I like who I am." You got this....
