Try 14 days freeThis was a time to explore more of the internal discomfort. Those insecurities can definitely leave you feeling frozen. All right, let's talk about the time that you were all sharing your insecurities in public. And I picked this video because I was curious on how you worked through the discomfort of sharing your insecurities. And what does it look like for you to get unstuck? For us it was just wanting to explore a different version of discomfort. We'd done some of the skydiving and taking strangers on these trips and what not. And this was a time to explore more of the internal discomfort. So, for this specific video we had the idea of each of us taking a moment to reflect on what our insecurities are, and then go out with a sign saying, "I'm sharing my insecurities in public." We went on the Santa Monica pier and kind of tried to gather a small crowd to share these. And interestingly, other people volunteered to take the sign and do it themselves. So they got up and shared their own and it created this vulnerable public sharing moment, which was quite unusual, not something we had experienced before. It was an amazing way to kind of begin the journey of exploring our insecurities and what they mean, and I feel that you kind of peel away these layers of insecurity, right. The first one, it's like okay, judged, or I don't wanna know what, I don't wanna worry about what people think, or I don't wanna put up videos of myself on the internet. What are my friends gonna think? What are my peers gonna think? Those insecurities can definitely leave you feeling frozen. Like, you don't know how to get out of that box. Yeah. And I don't know how, how do you deal with getting unstuck and what's that meant in your life and how have you experienced it? Yeah, I think what comes to mind, intentions was my intention. I think for me it's like, why am I doing this? What's my motivation and purpose? Who does it benefit? And then also, noticing my body. Like, what's going on, 'cause that feeling of stuckness manifests in my body a lot. There's like this freeze of like, oh, I'm really tense right now. What is this tension also teaching me about this moment? Maybe I need to move more. Maybe I need to breathe more. There's your comfort zone, I think there's outside of your comfort zone, and then there's the panic zone. And in that panic zone there's not that much growth that happens. It's more like this sense of relief. And it was this anxiety that was just holding me back from doing it. The goal is to not bulldoze your way through. It's to be able to navigate that fear and the discomfort with some level of presence to then overcome the moment and grow. I'm curious for you. So when you...
