Try 14 days freeSo just take a moment to get comfortable whether you're lying down, sitting upright. Just making sure the most important thing is that you feel comfortable, body relaxed. And with the eyes gently open, just taking a big deep breath. If you're blocked up or that's difficult, you can breathe in through the mouth if you need to. But, otherwise, taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. And with that out breath just gently closing the eyes. Feeling the weight of the body pressed down against the surface beneath you. Letting go any thinking, just letting go of anything just for a moment, just pausing. Just taking a moment to reset. And noticing how the body feels right now. And imagining right in the middle of the body, in the middle of the chest, it's almost like a little sort of speck of sunlight. And as soon as you have imagined it or become aware of it, it's as though it just begins to expand outward in every direction. Either side, to the front, to the back. Moving down through the body and up through the body. It's a really comforting feeling slowly expanding. Feeling of warmth, lightness in the body. And nothing to do, it's almost as though it's happening on its own. As it expands, just brings a sense of ease to the body. Sense of calm to the mind. It's as though it just continues on outward in every direction, leaving you with a feeling of ease and space in the body and mind, as you gently bring the attention back to the body And, in your own time, just gently open the eyes again....
